Dagong refutes claims of AAA 'generosity'

Dagong Global Credit Rating Co Ltd on Friday denied accusations of "generosity" in the ratings it has awarded to domestic companies and some local government bonds, which many market experts felt were high risk. Some media outlets pointed out that Dagong has awarded the highest rating (AAA) 156 times in the past year. Most of those AAA ratings were awarded to bonds issued by State-owned enterprises or local government financing vehicles which many experts consider to be a potential default risk. 1．型态分析 复合头肩型是头肩式（头肩顶或头肩底）的变形走势，其形状和头肩式十分相似，只是肩部、头部、或两者同时出现多于一次，大致来说可划分为以下几大类： （1）一头双肩式型态：一个头分别有二个大小相同的左肩和右肩， 左右双肩大致平衡。比较多的是一头双右肩，在形成第一个右肩时，股价并不马上跌破颈线，反而掉头回升，不过回升却止于右肩高点之下，最后股价继续沿着原来的趋势­向下。 （2）一头多肩式型态：一般的头肩式都有对称的倾向，因此当第二个左肩形成后，很有可能也会形成一个右肩。除了成交量之外，图形的左半部和右半部几乎完全相等。 （3）多头多肩式型态：在形成头部期间，股价一再回升， 而且回升至上次同样的高点水平才向下回落，形成明显的两个头部，也可称作两头两肩式走势。有一点必须留意：成交量在第二个头往往会较第一个减少。 2．市场含义 复合头肩型态的分析意义和普通的头肩式型态一样，当在底部出现时，即表示一次较长期的升势即将来临；假如在顶部出现，显示市场将转势下跌。 在形成复合头肩型的初期，因成交量可能不规则，使型态难以辨认，但稍久就很容易看出它和头肩型的趋势完全一致。 许多人都高估复合头肩型态的预期上升（或下跌）威力，其实复合头肩型态的力量往往较普通的头肩型态为弱。在中期性趋势出现时，复合头肩型态完成其最少升幅（或跌­幅）便不再继续下去，而普通头肩型态的上升（或下跌），往往是较其量度出来的最小幅度为大的。 3．要点提示 （1）复合头肩型态的最少升幅／跌幅量度方法和普通的头肩型态的量度方法一样。 （2）复合头肩型态的颈线很难画出来， 因为每一个肩和头的回落部分（复合头肩底则是回升部分），并不会全都落在同一条线上。因此，应该以最明显的二个短期低点（复合头肩底则是短期反弹高点），连接成­颈线。另外又或是以回落（或反弹）到其价位次数最多的水平接连成颈线。

关于成交量 一、关于量？ 量之要，其一在势也。高位之量大，育下落之能；低位之量大，藏上涨之力； 二、成交量的五种形态 　　 因为市场就是各方力量相互作用的结果。虽然说成交量比较容易做假，控盘主力常常利用广大散户对技术分析的一知半解而在各种指标上做文章，但是成交量仍是最客观的­要素之一。  １．市场分歧促成成交。所谓成交，当然是有买有卖才会达成，光有买或光有卖绝对达不成成交。成交必然是一部分人看空后市，另外一部分人看多后市，造成巨大的分歧­，又各取所需，才会成交。  ２．缩量。缩量是指市场成交极为清淡，大部分人对市场后期走势十分认同，意见十分一致。这里面又分两种情况：一是市场人士都十分看淡后市，造成只有人卖，却没有­人买，所以急剧缩量；二是，市场人士都对后市十分看好，只有人买，却没有人卖，所以又急剧缩量。 缩量一般发生在趋势的中期，大家都对后市走势十分认同，下跌缩量，碰到这种情况，就应坚决出局，等量缩到一定程度，开始放量上攻时再买入。同样，上涨缩量，碰到­这种情况，就应坚决买进，坐等获利，等股价上冲乏力，有巨量放出的时候再卖出。  ３．放量。放量一般发生在市场趋势发生转折的转折点处，市场各方力量对后市分歧逐渐加大，在一部分人坚决看空后市时，另一部分人却对后市坚决看好，一些人纷纷把­家底甩出，另一部分人却在大手笔吸纳。 放量相对于缩量来说，有很大的虚假成份，控盘主力利用手中的筹码大手笔对敲放出天量，是非常简单的事。只要分析透了主力的用意，也就可以将计就计。  ４．堆量。当主力意欲拉升时，常把成交量做得非常漂亮，几日或几周以来，成交量缓慢放大，股价慢慢推高，成交量在近期的Ｋ线图上，形成了一个状似土堆的形态，堆­得越漂亮，就越可能产生大行情。相反，在高位的堆量表明主力已不想玩了，在大举出货。  ５．量不规则性放大缩小。这种情况一般是没有突发利好或大盘基本稳定的前提下，妖庄所为，风平浪静时突然放出历史巨量，随后又没了后音，一般是实力不强的庄家在­吸引市场关注，以便出货。 三、市场成交量与价格的关系 1． 确认当前价格运行趋势：市场上行或下探，其趋势可以用较大的成交量或日益增加的成交量进行确认。逆趋势而行可以用成交量日益缩减或清淡成交量进行确认。 2． 趋势呈现弱势的警告：如果市场成交量一直保持锐减，则警告目前趋势

1．型态分析 当一只股票持续上升一段时间，在某个交易日中股价突然不寻常地被推高，但马上又受到了强大的抛售压力，把当日所有的升幅都完全跌去，可能还会多跌一部分，并以全­日最低价（或接近全日最低价）收市。这个交易日就叫做顶部单日反转。 两日反转就是这型态的变形。在上升的过程中，某交易日该股股价大幅推升，并以全日的最高价收市。可是翌日股价以昨天的收市价开盘后，全日价格不断下跌，把昨日的­升幅完全跌去，而且可能是以上日的最低价收市。这走势的表现就称之为顶部两日反转。 同样在下跌时，某个交易日里股价突告大幅滑落，但接着的一个交易日便完全收复失地，并以当日最高价收市，这就是底部两日反转。 2．市场含义 我们以底部单日反转为例，解释这现象出现的成因。 在下跌的阶段中，由于股价不断下跌，愈来愈多的投资者没法承担更大损失，于是止蚀沽出。他们的沽售令股价进一步推低，更低的价格使他们更急于沽出，因此令到当日­价位急速下跌。当他们沽售完毕之后，抛售压力突告消失，其他投资者因为新低价的引诱而尝试买人，马上就获得利润，于是有更多的投资者加进买入的行列，由于较早时­沽盘已全被消化，因此买盘很快便推动股价上升，把当天跌去的价位全部升回。 单日反转型态的市场含义至少有两点： （１）大市暂时见顶（当顶部单日反转出现），或是见底（当底部单日反转出现）。顶部单日反转通常在消耗性上升的后期出现；底部单日反转则是在恐慌性抛售的末段出­现。 （２）这并非是长期性趋势逆转的讯号，通常在整理型态的顶部中出现， 虽然亦可能在长期性趋势的顶点（或底点）出现。 3．要点揭示 （1）单日反转当天，成交量突然大增，而价位的波动幅度很大，两者较平时都明显增大。如果成交量不高或全日价格波幅不大，型态就不能确认。 （2）当日股价一、二个小时内的波动可能较平时三、四个交易日的波幅更大。顶部单日反转时，股价开市较上个交易日高出多个价位，但很快地形势逆转过来，价格迅速­以反方向移动，最后这一天的收市价和上个交易日比较几无变化。底部单日反转情形则是完全相反。 （3）一般在临收市前15分钟，交投突然大增，价格迅速朝反方向移动。 （4）二日反转的成交和价位，两天的波幅同样巨大。顶部二日反转第二个交易日把前交易日的升幅完全跌去；而底部二日反转则完全升回前交易日的跌幅。
